  • 1. Do you have a catalog available?
    The only catalog is our website at this time. We have tried to make it as easy to use as possible, so that visiting our site is like having a catalog in front of you. Not only does this cut down on the costs of advertising, it also allows us to continue to bring you products that are a lower cost than you will find anywhere else. We also believe that by not printing a catalog, we are helping save the trees, and the earth. We hope that you agree they are both worth saving.
  • 2. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we ship in the 50 states of America, and to our Canadian neighbors up north. For our Canadian friends, please email us a list of your items, plus your ship to address so that we can give you a complete total for your order. Our system is being upgraded, and soon you will be able to order from Canada yourself.
  • 3. How long does it take to ship the order?
    We strive to ship your order within 1 Business day of your order. All orders placed during the week will be shipped out next day, and all orders placed on the weekend (Saturday, or Sunday) will be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • 4. What are your shipping charges based on?
    Shipping is calculated by the total weight of the items you have selected in your shopping cart, and the location of where we are shipping.
    • There is a $3.00 Handling charge on each order to cover packing supplies.
  • 5. What type of payments do you accept?
    We currently accept all major credit cards, (American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover), we also accept Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal transfers. (Please Email us for setting up paying by these last three ways)
  • 6. Do you sell wholesale?

    We base all of our pricing on Quantity Price Breaks. The more you purchase at one time, the more you save. On some items you can combine the colors of the items to reach the next price break, and save even more. Please look for these items. They will have the Words over the price table that says: "Combine Colors for Total Price Break".

    If you need an order that is beyond our "Price Break Table" please email us for special prices. We can accommodate customers who need thousands through millions of pieces a year, but have designed our system for the "everyday" user of these items.

  • 7. What is your return Policy?

    We stand behind every product we sell. If there should be a defect, or a shortage, we will replace that item at no cost to you.

    However, if the reason for the return is of no fault of Purse Supply Depot, we will access a 15% restocking fee for the items returned. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and must be able to be resold to qualify for a refund.

    Shipping charges cannot be refunded, as they are paid to the company who carries the items to you. We cannot get a refund for the cost of shipping, therefore, we cannot refund you for that cost.

  • 8. What do you do with the information that is collected from me?

    All information you submit to us for payment, shipping, and email, are saved on our secure database, and used only for our purposes. We only access this information when we need to insure that your order is placed, and shipped.

    We do not sell, or otherwise allow access to your personal information to any outside parties. This information is stored under your account (email address), and Password. The only person who can access this information is you. You can change, delete, and edit this information any time you choose.

    We use the highest security measures available to us, so that your information will be kept safe. We will always seek out the best security measures, as we believe in the privacy of every one of our customers.
